FAQs About the Books

“What if I only want to select some of the topics and not order the entire book?”
You can actually download PDF files of the topics you select. You only pay for the PDF files you download (minimum order is 99 cents). You are allowed by license to make up to 10 copies with each download.

“As a disciple maker and leader of others, what should I order?”
You should have a copy of all three books which will serve as your master resource of all 78 development topics. You can download specific topics as the need arises in the life and ministry of those you are discipling.

“How do I use these books or topics for the most spiritual profit?”
(1) An individual sees the topic that needs addressed in life or ministry and works through that topic – depending on God.

(2) Ideally, a small group of individuals would work through a topic and discuss it as a group of Christ-followers.

(3) A ministry leader might assign needful topics to others on their ministry team; followed by small group discussion.

(4) A disciple maker would use these with his/her disciples to target areas where maturity needs to develop.

FAQs About Orders

“How do I get my PDF downloads?”
You will receive 3 e-mails from Maximum Service. The first will show your order details.

If you have paid online, the second should arrive within a few minutes and will confirm that your order status has been changed to "confirmed" (i.e. we have received payment). The third will give links with the security codes to access your downloads.

If you are paying via cash or check, you will receive the second (order status) and third (download links) e-mails after we receive your payment.

Downloads are available for 24 hours.  (Additional time can be granted if needed.)

“Why does PayPal say that it will make payment to IMD Press and will return me to IMD Press?”
IMD Press is our publisher and ministry partner that handles our orders.  Please make a note that the charge on your credit card bill will show IMD Press.

The PayPal link will return you to this website after your payment (or if you cancel your payment).  PayPal shows the account owner's name (IMD Press), but the link goes to the referring site (MaximumServiceFromAtoZ.com).

“We're a church or non-profit organization.  How can we make tax exempt purchases?”
We are required to charge tax only on orders that are shipped to Colorado addresses. If you have a Colorado address, please e-mail our office with your tax exempt information before ordering. We will provide you with a code to use for your purchases.

“What are your shipping rates?”
